Terms of Service

Estimates
All estimates provided by Pro Home Solutions LLC are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and may be adjusted if project scope changes. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
Project Agreements
Before work begins, a written agreement will be provided that outlines the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost. Work begins only after the agreement is signed by the property owner or authorized representative.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure materials and schedule the crew, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept check and electronic payment.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are outlined in the project agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled estimate or project, please contact us as soon as possible at (901) 350-7930. Cancellation terms for in-progress projects are outlined in the project agreement.
Liability
Pro Home Solutions LLC is licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control.
